Order #32214 has been placed on Dec 14th 2022. On the next day I got a notification it was shipped using DPD. Then the "fun" has begun. On Dec 16th 2022 I got notification the order has been delivered at 16:52 to my place in UK. However no package was actually delivered. on Dec 16th I reached out to Evlution / Plugear/ Torque Alliance / whatever their brand is called over WhatsApp, e-mail, chat support on (all of their) web page(s). I called them on the phone - nothing from them. I eventually thought this is a scam and reported them to PayPal which refunded me the next minute after the scam report, on Dec 21st 2022 Then on Dec 28th I got an e-mail from Jeffrey van Zuijlen pretending that they don't know why the package was returned back and asking what to do next. I asked them to resend the item and guess what: they resent it on Dec 28th and package got returned back to them on Jan 6th https://tracking.dpd.de/status/en_DE/parcel/05222729699194 I asked for clarifications and again there were excuses about holiday period and things like that I am disappointed in level of customer service of this shop!
