Fast delivery, I was positively surprised!

The complaint is not being addressed! There is no communication from the seller's side. Defective and claimed goods that I have already paid for. The seller does not respond to the complaint and several emails and contact attempts in both English and German! I now have to figure out how to get my money back. Unfortunately, this gives a very unprofessional impression. What a shame! Never again!

Chat not working. Customer service unreachable, no response for days. Wrote 3 emails and heard nothing... Sent an SMS, called 7 times. Received a credit note, didn’t know why. Parts not available, but not communicated. Was told parts would be delivered on Friday, but nothing arrived. Work could not be carried out. Goods did not arrive until Tuesday. Contacted customer service via SMS on Tuesday, only received a half-hearted response... already disappointed.

The package is supposed to be on its way according to DPD. The status isn't changing (?)
