Ridiculously bad experience. Ordered in good faith, several items. Torque Alliance took my money and actually sent an email saying one item had been dispatched. Next, I receive an email saying my money has been refunded and my orders cancelled because they don't want to ship to Australia....... well why offer international shipping then???? I then get a refund in which I lose money due to the now changed exchange rate (presumably). Now I have no items at all, even though one small and light item was apparently shipped but cancelled, and less money in my bank account. To top it off, I now receive an email asking how great the products are. OMG! Australians, do not order from this company. Fortunately, Taptes service and willingness to ship to Australia is awesome. I reordered all items from them and they are already on their way.
