Update on 25.08.21: Thanks to Jeffrey van Zuijlen, my "complaints" were resolved to 100% satisfaction. Jeffrey really put in the effort. A great commitment. This is what I expect from service. Therefore, I am changing my review and will continue to shop at Torque Alliance in the future. I am now very satisfied! Update: Torque Alliance has reached out and presented possible solutions. Perhaps everything will still turn out well. I received 2 incorrect items out of the 5 ordered. Despite sending two emails to aftersales, I have not received a response yet. I will wait another 1-2 days and then return all items within the 14-day period and demand my money back! Update: I haven't even received a response to my email to Torque Alliance. I call that "terrible"!
