Mir wurde der falsche Artikel geliefert, passt nicht zu meinem Fahrzeug, nur 6 statt 10 Teile, und das Befestigungsmaterial fehlt. Für mich völlig unbrauchbar. Ich habe sofort reklamiert. Zehn Tage später immer noch keine Reaktion der Firma, keine Nachlieferung, kein Geld zurück, kein Wort.

Wir hatten in den letzten Wochen aufgrund von Urlaubs- und Gesundheitsproblemen mit Personalproblemen zu kämpfen, das ist absolut nicht unser Standard. Dear Darryl, I am sorry that we didn't pick up your question in time, we had some staffing issues last weeks due to vacation period plus health issues of colleagues. After a double check of your shipping, it's been delivered. I hope the products meet your expectations. Due to the late delivery (caused by the customs), the best we can do is to refund you the shipping as you paid for express shipping. I have initiated the refund, hopefully you will receive it in good order. Torque Alliance on my first order 14 months ago had issues with a big delay in delivery - due to Brexit, however its all sorted now, this order arrived within a few days, packaged very well and delivered by DPD whom i rate as the best courier service for my area. Good comms to keep me updated too. Good range of products available and prices in my view represent good value for money. Well done TA.
