    purchased an item 31 May 23 it is now 13th June. Website advises despatch between 2-4 working days to UK. Tracking shows item is with DPD in NL since 5th June. Have contacted Torque Alliance to ask why - no satisfactory response, so have asked for refund. Still no response so looks like a chargeback may have to be considered. I expected better customer service.
