    I haven't received the product, so I haven't been able to use customer service. When I check my order , I can't even get what I bought or how much I paid, so I can't fill out the rest of this questionnaire either.

    It could be improved by speaking more language than english, french for instance since it's my mother tongue. It could also be improved by clarifying the contact adresses on your website, for instance I had to contact support for my broken product but used the mail available in the complaint section of the website instead of the contact us one. Otherwise it was a good experience :)
