Mir wurde der falsche Artikel geliefert, passt nicht zu meinem Fahrzeug, nur 6 statt 10 Teile, und das Befestigungsmaterial fehlt. Für mich völlig unbrauchbar. Ich habe sofort reklamiert. Zehn Tage später immer noch keine Reaktion der Firma, keine Nachlieferung, kein Geld zurück, kein Wort.

First order with Torque Alliance, and I was impressed. Decent communication, reasonably priced speedy delivery (to the UK) - will use again!

Torque Alliance on my first order 14 months ago had issues with a big delay in delivery - due to Brexit, however its all sorted now, this order arrived within a few days, packaged very well and delivered by DPD whom i rate as the best courier service for my area. Good comms to keep me updated too. Good range of products available and prices in my view represent good value for money. Well done TA.
