    Ordered some roofracks for a Tesla model Y. The packaging was damaged under the shipping. The roofracks didn't look like the pictures one their website. After af short correspondence, they concluded the roofracks they sendt me was for another car model. They sent back a refound right away.

    Update: Seller got in touch a few days after I reached out to them regarding they sent the wrong product at first. Got the correct ones the next week, so great customer service. Original post: Unfortunately I received the wrong item. I ordered glossy carbon mirrors for a Model3 but received matte carbon mirrors. I have sent an email with evidence of the wrong item I received, and I am currently awaiting reply and a solution so I can get the glossy mirrors instead.
