Product has not been received yet which is understandable as I ordered it on Saturday. However, when I go to track the product, the tracker does not work so I've no idea where the product is and now I am seeing similar reviews of people saying they didn't receive their item. I'll update this review once I receive it.

Dear Aoife, Thanks for your review. We appreciate your feedback and take it seriously. We have noticed that your package has not yet been delivered, but according to the track and trace you received in the mail, your package is on its way. The transport company updated it on the 28th and it should arrive in 6-7 business days. Sometimes transport companies do not update the tracking links but from customer service, whenever we are notified of something like this, we start an investigation to solve the problem as soon as possible. We will continue to monitor your shipment and you can contact us at customerservice@neofollics.com, we will be happy to help you. Best regards, Neofollics Team

Dear Lulu, Thank you for your feedback. We value your comments and take them seriously. Our system indicates that your order is currently in transit. Unfortunately, we are unable to expedite the delivery process, and it's not unusual that you haven't received it yet. If, after the standard delivery time for your country, your order has not arrived, please contact our customer service team. They will work to find a solution as promptly as possible. Kind regards, Neofollics Team
