Never received the product. Contacted them and received no resolution after over 2 weeks.

Please rest assured that as soon as you contacted our customer service team, we immediately initiated an investigation with the shipping company. These investigations can unfortunately take some time, especially during the busy summer period when shipping volumes are high.
