Shipping was a disaster. I got about eight voicemails and emails from some logistics manager at Federal Express asking me to file some form with the US FDA in order to complete delivery. I had no idea what that was, nor was I going to file a form with a US regulatory agency for a consumer purchase I made. I contacted the company and they reached shipped. The order after the initial order was returned. The ordering process was a complete disaster.

I never knew i could come across a product that could stop my dandruff, dry scalp, itchy scalp, frizzy hair, and hair loss problems untill i came across Neofollic products. Although i had my doubts about the products at first but after using these combination of the products the exfoliating shampoo, the stimulating Conditioner, the Nourishing Mask and the peeling serum with consistency for 2-4 weeks the changes i saw on my hair was marvelling. The delivery was on time and the product was as expected. It remains to be seen how effective it is.
