No shipments to Oman, I paid 45€ extra for shipment, I hope you arrange shipment options more direct from seller. Still one month using anti gray both, no results yet.

Dear Younis, Thank you for your feedback. Unfortunately, we do not ship to all countries, but we do have an extensive network of distributors. Have you already contacted our customer service team to check if there is a distributor near you? Since we do not ship to Oman, we are unsure what you refer to regarding the €45 shipping fee, as the address registered in our system appears to be in Europe, and shipping within the country is free of charge. As for the Anti-Grey products, in most cases, visible improvements require at least 3 to 6 months of consistent use, depending on your individual situation and the underlying causes of grey hair. We would be happy to assist you in optimizing your routine to help you get the best results. Please don’t hesitate to reach out if you have any questions or need further assistance—we’re here to help. Kind regards, Neofollics Hair Technology

There was some delay in the delivery of the product so I had to send an email about it, but they responded to me very fast and I got a small discount and received the product shortly after. I've only tried the anti-grey pills and serum for one month now and don't see any results yet. I'll continue using for a couple more months and see where it goes.

Dear Tamara, Thank you very much for your honest feedback. While we strive to deliver our products promptly, occasional delays with shipping companies can happen, and we’re truly sorry this affected your experience. We’re glad we could address the delivery issue quickly, and we sincerely appreciate your patience. It’s encouraging to hear that you’re committed to continuing the anti-grey pills and serum, as with many of our products, visible results typically require a few months of consistent use. If you have any questions or would like advice on optimizing your routine, please don’t hesitate to reach out. We’re here to support you every step of the way! Dear Uno, Thank you for your feedback. We’re sorry to hear that your first experience with our products hasn’t met your expectations. Please note that Neofollics products are developed for long-term results and typically require consistent use over several months to show visible improvement. Since we only see one order in our system, it may be too early to assess the full potential of the routine. If you have any specific suggestions or feedback you'd like to share, we would greatly appreciate it. Please feel free to reach out to our customer service team at customerservice@neofollics.com. We are always open to learning and improving. Best regards, The Neofollics Team
