Product has not been received yet which is understandable as I ordered it on Saturday. However, when I go to track the product, the tracker does not work so I've no idea where the product is and now I am seeing similar reviews of people saying they didn't receive their item. I'll update this review once I receive it.

We have noticed that your package has not yet been delivered, but according to the track and trace you received in the mail, your package is on its way. The transport company updated it on the 28th and it should arrive in 6-7 business days. Sometimes transport companies do not update the tracking links but from customer service, whenever we are notified of something like this, we start an investigation to solve the problem as soon as possible.
