Terrible quality product and even worse customer service. Contrary to Maison Leonie's terms and conditions a refund has not been provided - and no explanation has been given despite repeated requests other than being "busy" (an answer eventually received when resorting to using social media rather than email to elicit a response). Return was received and signed for by Maison Leonie on Thursday 21st September (in London, following Maison Leonie having unilaterally rejected the previous return without explanation and then requesting it be sent to a London address only after significant complaints by me). I am left with no choice but to consider legal action. Buy from here at your peril.
