As always, everything is perfect.

I ordered from them Sapim Nipple 14G - Polyax - Alu - Red - Secure Lock 14mm. First they sent me an orange color, Although I ordered red, but after contacting them they decided to exchange me for the correct color that is red. And it turned out that the nipples that I received from them have a completely different color than is presented on the store's website and a completely different color than the nipples that I ordered from them earlier also of the same color. After contacting them, I received an explanation that each new batch of nipples has a different color than the previous batch. I thought I had found a very nice bicycle wheel parts store, but I was disappointed. I have notified Sapim and am awaiting a response from them. On the plus side, I would add that they have preferential pricing.

All the spokes and nipples I wanted, and also in the quantities I needed. And delivered the very next day!
