I ordered a DT Swiss 350 Hybrid Hub MS (Microspline), but received an HG (Hyperglide) version instead. After raising the issue, I received no response to my emails. Meanwhile, the product listing on their website was quietly updated to show HG, which suggests they were aware of the mistake but chose not to take responsibility. Very disappointing experience—poor communication and no accountability when things go wrong. I would not recommend buying from this seller based on how this issue was handled.
