    Actually I can only rate the shipping by UPS which is annoying every single time, UPS's service is the worst of all. DHL and FedEx are doing thier jobs nicely, UPS is a nightmare. Still waiting for the parcel and I'm not able to contact them, even though I'm working with different couriers for more than 10 yrs during business. In the meantime the parcel has been delivered although without any notice by UPS. All the item were packed perfectly. Bottom line: 1 star for UPS - 5 stars for wheel-parts.
