I gave 5 stars in advance because I had already used these spokes and was very happy with the quality. My friend and I ordered spokes for two BMX bikes. I sent him a sealed package of 188 mm spokes. The shipping box was undamaged, but after opening the spoke package, we found only 17 spokes instead of the 40 stated on the label. So 23 spokes are missing. I hope the seller will send the missing spokes.

Nach Falschlieferung von Speichen, erfolgte auch nach 3 Werktagen keine Reaktion. Hatte Speichen mit Länge 260mm bestellt, geliefert wurden 255mm. Trotz Hinweis auf Dringlichkeit kam nicht einmal eine Eingangsbestätigung für die Reklamation per E-Mail. Sehr schade... Korrektur: Info per Mail erhalten, die richtige Speichenlänge sei auf dem Weg... werde neu bewerten wenn diese angekommen sind. Nachtrag: Ersatzlieferung ist angekommen. Bis auf die schlechte Reaktionsgeschwindigkeit auf meine Reklamation ist jetzt alles OK. Deshalb habe ich die Bewertung auf 4 von 5 Sterne angepasst.

Very happy with products and pricing. Only regret i should of have ordered a few more spares.
