Great product, payment was very straightforward. Unfortunately, the shipping took longer than stated.

I placed an order on December 24th for a birthday at the beginning of January, as the shop advertised a delivery time of 1–3 business days. Unfortunately, the delivery did not arrive until January 8th – clearly delayed. I understand that the Christmas holidays were in between, but I was not informed via email or on the website that there would be no shipping until early January. Clear information about when shipping pauses and resumes would have been very helpful. I might have chosen a different provider otherwise. Unfortunately, the delayed gift missed the occasion, which was very disappointing.

No responses to emails, and it feels like it's taking an incredibly long time.

Unfortunately, the package has not arrived yet; I ordered it a week ago.
