I've been waiting for 6 days for return instructions from Soxs. Update: I only received the first (and only) email with instructions half an hour after Soxs' response below — 6 days after my request. The status on the Soxs site was still "we are reviewing your request, once it is approved we will send you an email" until that email arrived. I checked my spam folder daily; there was nothing there. The suggestion that I might have missed something is therefore not correct.
