Good service. Socks beautifully wrapped. A nice gift.

The return service is not great. Other online shops generate a return label immediately upon your return request, so you can send it back quickly. I've been waiting for 6 days for return instructions from Soxs. Update: I only received the first (and only) email with instructions half an hour after Soxs' response below — 6 days after my request. The status on the Soxs site was still "we are reviewing your request, once it is approved we will send you an email" until that email arrived. I checked my spam folder daily; there was nothing there. The suggestion that I might have missed something is therefore not correct.

I had to wait a very long time for the order. A week. It might also be due to DHL, but I should have had a choice for the carrier. I have no idea about the quality. Nothing has arrived yet.
