Despite the Easter weekend in between, fast delivery!

At the moment, I am not satisfied. I ordered well before 5 PM on Tuesday, so according to the website, I should receive my order on Wednesday. Since I ordered multiple pairs of socks at once and they wouldn't fit through the mailbox, I can understand that it might take an extra day. Now, on Monday, I still have no information about the status of my order, even though I inquired about it early Friday morning. In the DPD tracking info, I see that the order information has been sent to DPD, but the package is still not on its way to the depot. I don't know where the issue lies, but something is definitely not right. Very frustrating! In the meantime, the above issue has been completely resolved to my satisfaction! The order was resent and this time it arrived super quickly (the next day around ten in the morning). Additionally, as a consolation, a delicious Tony Chocolonely bar was included, and I also received a very nice magazine—great! And regarding what it was all about: the socks, they are fantastic! I had to wait a long time for them (which turned out not to be SOXS's fault), but I am now completely satisfied! Thank you, SOXS team!

On the website, I was a bit unclear about the length in question. I called and quickly got in touch. The lady was very friendly and was able to give good advice. The socks were delivered to me two days later with a personal note included. Very thoughtful and customer-friendly! The socks are amazing and are worn with great pleasure. They remain beautiful and warm!
