My experience was brief as it was a gift for my daughter. What I find disappointing is that afterwards, I received an email with a discount code, which I cannot use. Please do something about this for the future. Offer new customers a discount right away. Best regards, Joke Schep.

The order arrived a day late, but there was a nice personal card included. I did receive an email stating that I had not confirmed the purchase, even though I had already received the final email with tracking information. Was this email from you, or is it a phishing email?
