Fast service, nice product.

Bought out of curiosity and without expectations. It takes some getting used to, but I am very impressed! The scent is truly addictive; I have the mango variant. My hair is soft and finally shines again, my scalp feels calmer, and it curls much more beautifully. The dry tangles at the back of my hair are gone. It’s really a joy to wash my hair with this!

In total, there was no response to my complaint. It turned out that Beesha's email system had been down for a while. Eventually, they handled it properly, including apologies, and worked on a good solution that I am really satisfied with. Still, it was a very poor experience with shipping via DHL: the package arrived damaged, causing part of the shipment to be lost.
