Because they were very thoughtful and sent an extra order since my first order was not delivered... I eventually received both packages and was even allowed to keep the extra one. What great service. I have now used the shampoo bar (for fine hair) 4 times, and my hair loss (due to menopause and anesthesia) is already noticeably much less.

Fast delivery, beautiful "green" packaging. The sponge is approved by my daughter with severe eczema. The soap is also good.

The item cannot be returned because the hygiene seal is said to be broken. Which online store places hygiene seals (read: brown tape, without the warning: hygiene seal) on the shipping box! A so-called hygiene seal should never be on a shipping box but on the soap packaging boxes (which are individually packed inside the shipping box). A huge disappointment from a much too strong/smelly small soap.

It went fine.
