I have only tried it once. I have 3b/3c curls, and I didn't notice any difference in terms of dry/frizzy hair after washing with the Beesha shampoo and conditioner compared to washing with a CG shampoo or conditioner. I am curious to see if this will remain the same after I have washed my hair more times with the Beesha products.

After trying a sample pack, I ordered a shampoo and conditioner bar (Jasmine). There are definitely some big pros for me, but also a few cons regarding the bars. So far, my hair has never curled as beautifully with any other shampoo, and the conditioner is truly amazing for detangling (I use a wide-tooth comb in the shower, hair type 3A), and the bars smell wonderful. In terms of cost, the bars are comparable to regular shampoo, but they are clearly better for my hair. Lastly, of course, there are the well-known environmental benefits. The downsides: It takes me 2-3 times longer to wash my hair with the bars because distributing them is more difficult than with liquid shampoo. Longer showers mean more water consumption, but you can always turn off the shower while lathering. I store them on top of the cabinet on a soap dish, but my small bathroom gets damp quickly, which causes the bars to crumble faster when they are nearly finished. I find the last quarter very difficult to use for that reason. The conditioner bar often slips out of my hands due to the lack of structure (which is present in the shampoo bar) when the bar is more than half used; it just becomes too flat to get a good grip. It may be less suitable for people who struggle with grip. All in all, the benefits outweigh the downsides for me. I have ordered new ones and will see if it makes a difference if I cut the bars in half and use each half separately; perhaps the shape will provide better grip.
