This product was a gamble bit where we live the water is very rich in calcium. After 6 weeks of using the pro water improver it changed. Water definitely chanced. No need to decalcifian any of the normal appliances like kettle otmr coffee machine. Water tast a lot better. But also the water in the pool changed... All in all a very wise investment... I really would recommend this.... We are very happy with it.
