After we had problems with our order at another company, we contacted Bas and Elke. From that first email, everything went so differently than with their competitor (though this shouldn't really be called a competitor). They kept us informed about everything, and we could call or email them if we wanted to know something. When the table and cushion set were delivered, it was neatly placed in its spot. These people truly deliver craftsmanship! You can see it in everything. It's a beautiful piece, and I'm frustrated that it's constantly raining now, and we can't make use of the picnic bench.

Super service! Thanks to a combination trip to beautiful Zeeland, the table/bench arrived the very next day. They even managed to get the cushions made as well, which is fantastic. A beautiful, sturdy table/bench; I'm very happy with it.

Delivered quickly, and because the folding in and out wasn't smooth, a technician came after a few days to fix the issue. I am very happy with the bench.
