Poor quality golf balls. They are so damaged (perhaps due to cleaning?) that there are many loose flakes on the outside. It seems as if particles are coming off the outer layer of the ball. Correction to the above: After the complaint, we received a message from Golf Square and it was handled properly. Compliments for addressing this complaint. Well done!

Good service, fast delivery.

The shopping cart notifies you that your order will be shipped the same day if you order before the timer runs out (Shipped today? You have: 05:18:28). This is misleading for the customer because all they do is create the shipping label online. The actual shipping only happened for me three days later. So, delivery was only after five days. (This also went wrong because Golf Square provided an incorrect address to the carrier.) When I finally received my order, it turned out that one of the three items was not included. And this was without any message or email or anything... When I emailed them again about this, it turned out that this item was out of stock. They said they would refund the amount... Such information should be communicated by them proactively, and they should take action instead of making the customer discover this on their own...
