Top balls, top delivery.

I ordered on Friday morning, and it was supposed to be shipped the same day; it ended up being sent only on Tuesday. After much effort, I did receive a few free balls. However, there were also a lot of lies. I asked a couple of times what went wrong; at first, they denied anything was wrong, then they said it had already been shipped, but it turned out that it hadn't. Eventually, they claimed it was due to the payment service. That can't be true because I did receive an email confirming that the order (and thus the payment) was approved. Furthermore, the balls were okay for the price, but they had a lot of advertising on them, which I am not used to elsewhere. It would be nice if, when something goes wrong, they first thoroughly investigate what happened and then communicate honestly about it all at once. Lies upon lies do not inspire trust; it felt like Trump had started a golf ball business. The continuous lies were somewhat entertaining, though! :)

Fast delivery and a nice website. The balls are good, however, when I hit them, they go straight back into the water.
