DPD service is very poor... it took more than a week to receive the ordered products and I could get little to no information. I was on hold for 15 minutes twice when calling DPD. The order was placed before 3 PM but was not shipped the same day. It's also unfortunate that the pickup points are not visible. You have to place the order first to be able to choose a pickup point. The balls seem fine (I have no expertise in this...) but it's just disappointing that the quantity is incorrect, receiving 24 instead of 25! I am attracted to the concept of lake balls, so I would advise these entrepreneurs to look for a different partner for shipping the orders.

Incorrect products delivered and no response to my complaint, nothing at all.
