The order was simple and quickly arranged. I was kept well informed about the processing of the order. Delivery was the next day at the agreed time. Unfortunately, the number of ordered golf balls was incorrect. I called immediately, and it was promised to be corrected right away, with apologies. The next day, I received the additional order. It was in excellent condition and very fast. Customer service responded quickly without any waiting times. The correction of a counting error regarding the balls in the delivery was handled well and resolved. No fuss or difficult questions. My compliments.

Unfortunately, my first experience with Golfballennederland.nl was very disappointing. The ordered golf bag and balls were not delivered within a few days. I received no response to two emails and a message I sent via the app. The website states that if something is not available, they would get in touch, but this did not happen. I tried calling several times, and only after multiple attempts was my call answered. The ordered golf bag was out of stock but was supposed to arrive in a few days. The day before the agreed delivery date, I received an email stating that the bag would no longer be supplied by the vendor. After several emails from me, the money was refunded to my account a few days later. It's all quite unfortunate. The only positive point is that the amount I paid was eventually refunded after a few days.
