Good products, but it's a shame that they use DPD as their carrier. This is truly the most unreliable carrier there is; they don't deliver on the specified date, they log 'not at home' notifications even when they haven't been there, etc. Great selection.

The delivery was correct.

On Thursday, August 8, I ordered balls and a headcover. The delivery via DPD went very poorly. They promised that the package would be delivered on Friday. While I was at home, I received a message that the package could not be delivered. There was also no note left in the mailbox. Twice it was supposed to be delivered on Tuesday, August 13. Delivery was scheduled between 12 and 1 PM. I received a message that the driver could not deliver the package at 10 AM, and once again, there was no note in the mailbox. I called DPD twice, and they indicated that they suspected the driver had not come by. DPD filed a complaint on their own initiative twice. Finally, on Thursday, August 15, the package was delivered and received in good condition.

I received a polite email explaining why the delivery would be delayed.

Good selection of lake balls. The quality of the balls matches the description on the site.
