Our first order of 100 golf balls (and paid for) was a complete fiasco. The package was delivered to a pickup point, and upon picking it up, we saw that the box was damaged and retaped by DPD; everything was stolen. Emails with questions about compensation or filing a damage claim have not been answered so far, and no one is reachable by phone (I left a message on the answering machine) with no response... It was a Christmas gift for my husband and his golf buddy... extremely disappointed!

Very negative. Received the wrong delivery (150 wrong balls and 50 too few). Tried to initiate a return procedure in vain, no response via phone, email, or app. Fast delivery, but of course the wrong products, so it is of no use to me.

The experience is good, delivery was accurate according to tracking with a 1-hour precision. However, it was not the next day but a few days later.

Purchase of golf balls and accessories - good choice.
