I ordered golf balls on Thursday, November 1, 2018, at 1:38 PM. The website states: order before 3:00 PM, delivered the next day. That was the whole idea of ordering before 3 PM because I was going golfing that Saturday (November 3, 2018) and needed new balls. Unfortunately, I received an email from DPD on Friday afternoon/evening at 6:00 PM stating that my package is on its way and will only be delivered the next working day. So that was only on Monday afternoon. Then don’t make promises regarding delivery times or address this with your (external) courier.
