Great, fast delivery!

You have asked me to respond twice, so here I go!!! I recently placed an order consisting of 50 TaylorMade mix balls and 50 TaylorMade Lethal balls. The 'mix' version was okay with an acceptable percentage of promotional balls, but the Lethal version (a relatively more expensive ball) consisted of about 50% promotional balls and personal markings. I understand that there can be a promotional ball included, but such a percentage for the more expensive version is quite excessive, and therefore I am not really satisfied. I complained about this on July 5, 2017, but I still have not received a response.

I ordered balls twice; the first time went smoothly, but I am less satisfied with the second time. Initially, the golf balls I ordered the first time were out of stock. After having a phone conversation, I was told that they were just in the process of gathering the right golf balls, so I could order them later that day. Since I was curious about trying a different type of ball, I was assured over the phone that a few other balls would also be included, allowing me to have a good alternative. My order arrived on time, but unfortunately without the extra balls, which was very disappointing. However, a few days later, I received an email from you offering a 10% discount on Lake balls, just a few days after my order!!! I find this very disappointing; they could have mentioned this to me, and I could have placed that order a few days later. Good phone communication and fast delivery.
