Golf Square

I ordered balls twice; the first time went smoothly, but I am less satisfied with the second time. Initially, the golf balls I ordered the first time were out of stock. After having a phone conversation, I was told that they were just in the process of gathering the right golf balls, so I could order them later that day. Since I was curious about trying a different type of ball, I was assured over the phone that a few other balls would also be included, allowing me to have a good alternative. My order arrived on time, but unfortunately without the extra balls, which was very disappointing. However, a few days later, I received an email from you offering a 10% discount on Lake balls, just a few days after my order!!! I find this very disappointing; they could have mentioned this to me, and I could have placed that order a few days later. Good phone communication and fast delivery.
