After I placed an order, it was delivered the next day. Unfortunately, there was one incorrect item included. After contacting a staff member, this was promptly resolved. I was able to return the wrong item free of charge using a return label. Additionally, the correct item was sent out, and as a sincere apology, they included free golf balls as a bonus. Good fast service and they deliver what is requested. The second-hand golf balls are of good quality.

The balls looked old and worn out. And there was also a practice ball among them? In the meantime, a proper solution has been offered.

Great handling of a complaint. They really score high! However, I hope they change their delivery service (DHL) due to their scandalous delivery practices. They just leave the box outside the front door or in the backyard!
