I specifically chose your website because you offered a service with Hercules where if I ordered before 2100, your website states that you will ready the shipment the same day. Not only did that not happen, but the shipment didn't get readied until the evening the day after, losing a whole day in the process. As I needed the order urgently, this was pretty dire for my situation. Had I known you'd not do what your own website states, I would have chosen another store that had what I needed and would be able to deliver it faster. I did get it in time, barely. But specifically because you did not provide the service you claim to offer, my review will remain poor.
