    First order very good. Second one a disaster. I order on a Friday at 12:00pm (4 hours before 04:00pm so) but my order hasn't been sent on that day. It hasn't been sent on Monday as well. But, Surprise, on Tuesday. Meaning 4 days after my order, which is very far from what they advertise on their website ("Order before 4:pm, Sent the same day"). A week after having ordered and paid, I haven't still received any email and tracking number allowing me to know that my parcel has been sent and to eventually locate it. So I decide to write to the support customer service to ask confirmation that they did have sent my parcel and to send me the link to locate my parcel, thing that they did. But clicking on that link to locate the parcel, I noticed that it was still in the Netherlands a week after having ordered, but as well they entered half of my address and half of my name to the company in charge of delivering my parcel, resulting in a delivery that obviously failed and without any possibility for me to enter in contact with the postman and getting a delivery notification in my mailbox. Issue that I as well report two times to two different persons of the customer service of the company, that did a very poor job not understanding and fixing the issue, and answering me 3 days after only to say "Change your review on my company I don't understand why you are not nice" (I am not joking), while the issue wasn't still fixed and obviously not understood, and overall without me having any sign of my parcel after 11 days since the ordered day. Well, Ladies and Gentlemen, after a few more emails addressing to the very poor customer service, some few days lost (caring of this myself more than they did), I have the pleasure to finally say that I received my order yesterday, with everything correctly packaged and everything I needed within, but 20 days after the ordered day, which for a 15 euros delivery, it is incredible to get that kind of delivery service and that poor customer service. I sincerely hope that experience and that review will help your company to improve that part (that you obviously need to work on), since everything else works very good and the products are the best we can find in Europe.
