Ho avuto molti problemi con loro! Ho ordinato dei prodotti l'8 dicembre e ho ricevuto puntale la prima consegna, peccato che 6 confezioni su 8 erano sbagliate! Ho dovuto mandare molte e-mail prima di aver risposta. Ho mandato indietro i 6 prodotti sbagliati e loro mi hanno spedito quelli giusti. Peccato che la seconda consegna sia arrivata a destinazione solo oggi 28 dicembre! Tempi troppo lunghi!
Good product (emu oil) for a reasonable price, although I find the shipping costs expensive. However, when everything is added up, I am not spending more than at a webshop where I have purchased before.

The web shop is great, but the delivery was less so. I still had to bike to the center in the rain to pick up my package. The delivery person either didn't ring the bell or didn't ring it loudly enough, because I was home.
