The website is gard to navigate, login is not easy to find, I cannot see my order on the website although it was completed already.

Customers should normally always be able to log in and view their previous orders, although we noticed the mobile login access was not very easy to find. We have recently improved this experience. We also noticed that, because our website is still relatively new and continuously being improved, some order histories may not always display as clearly as intended when different email addresses have been used in the past. We are actively monitoring this to make the experience smoother and more reliable for all customers.
