Upon delivery, it turned out that one of the earrings was damaged/discolored, but this was resolved immediately: I received a message without any discussion that a new earring was being sent, and the next day I already had it at home.

I have been waiting for my package for 14 days. Every day I receive a notification from PostNL that they will deliver it tomorrow, and this has been happening for about eight days. Every day they change the delivery date. For a pair of small earrings from the Netherlands to Belgium, I should have received them by now. My rating: very dissatisfied.
