Is Korean Skincare trustworthy? Reviews and trustmark

Shipping was very quick. The goods were nicely packed. However, the beta glucan cream has a totally different ingredients list from what is shown on their website. I also felt that the cream was a bit different from what I had tried (I had been previously sent a sample beta glucan cream by the shop. The sample cream had the same outlook as the cream shown on their webpage). The shop gave me their explanation. But I am not satisfied. I found another webshop that has exactly the same cream which ingredients list looks the same on the product as well as on the webpage.

Dear Elvina, I'm very sad to see you didn't follow up on our email response if the issue was not answered well enough for you. We are still open to send you the beta glucan as mentioned before to do some more testing. Regarding the ingredients. European law concerning ingredients is much stricter when it comes to ingredient list on packaging. Iunik is required by this law to write down a more detailed list of ingredients on the packaging compared to other countries outside of Europe, the threshold to mention an ingredient can be as low as 0.001% compared to for example 0.1% for other countries and they need to be broken down in their basic form. We tried our best to explain this with the written statement from Iunik themselves. The product itself is exactly the same (no formula changes between different countries). Kind Regards, Monica
