Yes! I accidentally ordered something double and it got removed from my order immediately after I contacted someone via chat. I appreciated the fast and friendly customer service. The products also arrived in a perfect state. One point I would like to make is I wish paper was used instead of plastic to fill up the extra space in the box. Hope you can consider it!
