They make sure that you get your item despite problems with delivery. I just wish that they choose DPD or POSTNL because DHL was terrible with service. They said they would call when they are by Albert Hein but i was waiting there the time they said they would come. I stead, i get a message while waiting that they could not find AH. There is only one AH and they never even call. So you wait 3 hours but they don’t come. Terrible!! But the webshop was patient and accommodating.
