    My order was delivered not complete, missing one and the only product I ordered. When I contacted customer service, and provided them with pictures of evidence, they refused taking an action because I’ve been told there were no defects reported by the delivery man. Also, another reason was the weight of the package before shipping and whilst delivering was similar. But as I mentioned earlier, I ordered just one serum. Till today another product hasn’t been shipped nor I’ve been contracted by the company about the next steps.
