    I have ordered more often and never had any problems. However, this time it was only issues. 2 products were not delivered, and I emailed immediately. I received a response the same day stating that an investigation would take place. That’s where the communication stopped. After 5 days, I emailed again and still have not received a response. Very disappointing. Delivery has always been good in the past, as well as the communication when ordered products are out of stock, etc.
