    It's now 11 days after my order, and I still haven't received it. There was a problem with the shipping, and instead of resolving it by sending it again, Korean Skincare has chosen to make me wait for an unknown number of days until the investigation from the shipping company is completed. This has forced me to buy my products elsewhere, as I can't keep waiting without sunscreen at this point. Very disappointing; it's a shame since I've ordered from here many times before, and it has always been fast delivery and great customer service. I hope they reconsider sending me the products soon!
